You may be required to verify your identity by submitting government-issued identification (e.g., KTP / Indonesian national identity card) and proof of address as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account with odin4d. The creation or use of multiple Accounts (commonly referred to as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. If odin4d detects duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void any associated bets, forfeit any Bonuses, and withhold any Funds or winnings.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

odin4d supports deposits via the following payment methods commonly used in Indonesia:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

You may request a withdrawal of Funds from your Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with Bonuses or promotions.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold (currently Rp 50.000).

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• BCA / BRI Bank Transfer: Average processing time 2–7 minutes.
• BNI / Mandiri / Other Banks: Average processing time 5–15 minutes.

• Abuse: Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim duplicate Bonuses, collusion, or exploitation of system errors, is strictly prohibited. odin4d reserves the right to void Bonuses, reverse winnings, and close Accounts in cases of suspected abuse.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on odin4d are governed by the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified by the User. odin4d may cancel or void bets only in exceptional circumstances, such as obvious errors in odds, technical malfunctions, or suspicion of fraud.
• Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant sports league, tournament organizer, or game provider. odin4d's decision regarding bet settlement is final and binding.
• In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets may be voided and stakes returned, or bets may remain valid and be settled upon rescheduling, depending on the specific sport and circumstances. Detailed rules for each sport are available on our FAQ page.

6.2 Sports-Specific Rules

odin4d offers betting markets on a wide range of sports, including but not limited to football (soccer), basketball, tennis, badminton, and MotoGP. Each sport has specific rules governing bet settlement. For example:

• Football (Soccer): All bets are settled based on the result at the end of 90 minutes of regular play plus any referee-added stoppage time, unless otherwise specified (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties).
• Badminton: In the event of a player retirement or disqualification, all bets are settled as "void" unless the outcome was already determined at the time of retirement.

6.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games and slot games available on odin4d are provided by third-party game studios and are governed by the rules and payout structures defined by those providers. odin4d does not control or manipulate game outcomes. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and are independently audited.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the odin4d platform:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, forged documents, or false identification; engaging in identity theft or impersonation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to manipulate outcomes, share information, or gain an unfair advantage.

• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing odin4d staff, customer support agents, or other Users.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of Funds and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

odin4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any other odin4d policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.
• Request by the User for voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming program.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon Account closure, any remaining Funds (excluding forfeited Bonuses) will be returned to the User's registered payment method, subject to successful identity verification.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the odin4d platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Intellectual Property without odin4d's express written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, odin4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the odin4d platform or Services.
• Any interruption, delay, or technical malfunction affecting the platform.
• Loss of Funds, winnings, or data resulting from system errors, software bugs, or third-party failures.
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

odin4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless odin4d, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which odin4d is licensed and operates, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the odin4d platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, odin4d retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the infringement of our Intellectual Property or other proprietary rights.

14. Severability
